Bethesda Announce Fallout: New Vegas Voice Talent

Bethesda are known for some bad decisions regarding voice acting in their games. Both, Fallout 3 and Oblivion suffer from a lack of voice actors and actresses. There are a few celebrities thrown in the mix but most of the characters are played by one of about 5 voice actors/actresses which many people were frustrated by.

Today, however, Bethesda revealed all of the people behind the voices in the upcoming Fallout: New Vegas. This time around they have made some distinct changes which may surprise you. The full list of voice talent is below:

Nolan North

Yes, that's correct. Nolan North will be behind every voice in New Vegas. The women; the children; the robots; the mutants; he will be voicing them all plus more. He even replaces Ron Perlman's role as the narrator.

Nolan North has been in video games such as Uncharted, Prince of Persia, Assassin's Creed, Dark Void, Halo 3: ODST, Halo Wars, Madworld, Call of Duty 2 and plenty ("a shitload" would probably be more appropriate) more.

Expect Fallout: New Vegas to be released this year on the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360

  2. What the fuck is Bethesda doing? 1 voice actor? 1 fucking voice actor? No one can be taxed that badly and be expected to do decent work. Was Obsidian in on this decision? Someone needs to slap the shit out of whoever made this decision, I know Nolan is an excellent voice actor but they need better talent. And don't let Perlman go, jeesh.
